Online Breath Break

Every month we organise an Online Breath Break. A connected breath meditation where we connect with our breath and with each other.

What’s in it for you?

De-stressing, recovering from busyness.
You choose completely for yourself for a while. You are your priority.
This form of quality time is often difficult to achieve alone. It is very helpful to do this with a group.
You experience the connected energy in your own safe environment.

What is it.
In the Online Breath Break, we are several people together via a Zoom connection. We guide this Breath Break in the form of a breathing meditation. It is a respite in the middle of the week, where we can de-stress for a while.
As with our other breath work, we work with consciously connected breathing. This means we connect our in-breaths and out-breaths to create a safe, private, loving energy flow.
It is a group meditation where we work with general themes, so everyone can connect.
If you feel you want to focus on a specific theme, an individual breath session is appropriate.

Sitting or lying down?
You may do the meditation sitting or lying down, whatever feels right for you. We ourselves do it sitting on a chair, because we love this active and sincere (straight up) posture.

How long does it take?
Our breath meditation lasts about 45 minutes. We start exactly at 19:30.

What are the costs?
For a single registration, you pay €15.00.
