We have completed the 3-year training program at the ‘Institute of Integrative Breathwork Therapy’ and are certified by the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance). We also work according to the guidelines of the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation).

What can we support you with?

1. Panic attacks

You feel like you can’t take it anymore, that you are in a situation you can no longer control. The feeling of intense anxiety comes on, your heart rate speeds up, your breathing quickens and you can no longer think clearly.

2. Unrest

You feel constantly tense and cannot properly unwind, even if you try. The thought of everything you have to do keeps haunting you. You can’t grip it, but want to get rid of it.

3. Fatigue

No matter how much you sleep, you remain exhausted. It seems like your energy is draining away, but you don’t know exactly why.

4. Poor sleep

The nights seem endless, you toss and turn in bed for hours without falling asleep. Sometimes you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep.

5. Physical discomfort

Tension, pain and stiffness in your body. Maybe you feel it in your neck, shoulders or back. This may be the result of prolonged stress, but the cause is often deeper.

6. Burnout symptoms

A total depletion of your energy and motivation. You feel like you can’t give anymore, both at work and in your personal life.

7. Dejection

The tendency to get stuck in a vicious cycle of sadness or gloom. Feeling that everything you do is pointless or not good enough.

8. Hyperventilation

Your breathing becomes shallow and accelerated, putting your body in a state of constant readiness. This can lead to dizziness, shortness of breath or shortness of breath.

9. Lack of purpose

You feel lost or without purpose. You no longer know where you want to go or what you want to achieve in life.
