We have completed the 3-year training program at the ‘Institute of Integrative Breathwork Therapy’ and are certified by the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance). We also work according to the guidelines of the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation).

In 2016, on the advice of a good friend, I got in touch with Integrative Breathing Therapy. It was incredible, I quickly discovered a part of myself that feels safe. A natural part, secure and safe. A part that doesn't need immediate answers to questions. This need just fell away. Even though these were short experiences, they were strong and real enough to know that I would continue on this breathing path....
During the 3-year course at the Institute for Integrative Breathing Therapy, I learned how to really support people through breathwork. My quality is that I can create a space where someone can come to themselves. A space full of trust, sincerity, love and attention. A safe place where someone can become aware of patterns, traumas or burdens in their life. I am very interested in the person opposite me and am convincingly motivated to accept everyone as they really are...

You feel like you can’t take it anymore, that you are in a situation you can no longer control. The feeling of intense anxiety comes on, your heart rate speeds up, your breathing quickens and you can no longer think clearly.
