Individual Breathing session

What to expect?

During a breathing session, we guide you through the connected breathing technique, in which inhalation and exhalation flow seamlessly into one another. This rhythmic pattern acts as an anchor for your mind and sets the stuck energy in your body in motion.

During the session, you will work with your own breath in a safe and supportive environment. As you breathe connectedly, hidden emotions or energy may be released. Together with us, we give space to whatever comes up, so that it can be released and let go at its own pace and in its own space.


What happens during the session?

  • Introduction and attunement: We begin the session with a short conversation, in which we briefly discuss what is currently going on in your life. From this, we determine an intention or a possible wish for the session, if desired. It is also possible to enter the session with an open mind and discover what wants to come up during the breathing session.
  • Connected breathing: You breathe in a continuous flow, without pauses. In this way, we connect the inhalation and exhalation in circles to connect more deeply with yourself. We thus set the energy in your body in motion and use the breath as a faithful ally in this process.
  • Emotional and energetic release: Breathing can bring emotions or physical sensations to the surface. This is a powerful process of letting go, in which you are given the space to experience and release everything that no longer serves you. You break through built-up blockages and your energy can flow freely again.
  • Closure and integration: At the end of the session, we gently bring your breathing back to its natural rhythm so that you can integrate the process in complete tranquillity. We take time to reflect on your experience and discuss any insights.

An individual session offers you the opportunity to work on what is important to you at a deeper level. Whether it is reducing stress, increasing your energy, or processing unresolved emotions, connected breathing helps you access your inner strength and balance. The session is fully tailored to your needs and we support you with care, love, patience and respect. Step by step, you will take back responsibility for your life and live with increasing clarity, peace and confidence.


Additional techniques.

In addition to connected breathing, we also use other techniques that can bring a deeper layer of insight and healing. These techniques help you to look beyond the symptoms and get to the underlying causes:

  • Voice Dialogue: This technique helps you to engage in conversation with different aspects of yourself. You gain insight into the inner conflicts that may underlie your complaints. It gives you space to hear your inner voice and bring it into balance.
  • Inner Child Work: Often, our inner child comes to the fore when we are dealing with unresolved trauma or old patterns. By working with this inner child, we give ourselves the space to heal old wounds and enter into a new, loving relationship with the vulnerable part that lives within us.
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques): This technique helps to release emotional blockages by “tapping” on specific acupressure points on your body. This can be very effective in reducing anxiety, stress and pain.


Your own responsibility and caution

Although breathwork is a powerful tool for finding relief, it is important to emphasise that everyone is responsible for their own well-being. In the case of serious or long-term complaints, such as severe depression or mental disorders, it is always advisable to contact a doctor or therapist first.

With us, you will receive the guidance you need to find yourself again. But your health is always the most important thing, and we encourage you to take the necessary steps for your complete well-being.


Practical information

When you start taking breathing sessions with one of us, it is advisable to schedule the first five sessions in quick succession. On average, one session every two weeks. This is important because issues may arise, even outside of the sessions, where you will need support.

The average duration of a breathing session is between 60-75 minutes.

If you are taking antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs that suppress your feelings, we are unfortunately unable to assist you.
